Empowerfulher is an online platform to advocate for women's issues and defend for inclusive participation of women in leadership in East Asia and North Africa. The platform is built by SUSI for women's leadership scholars from Morocco and China.

We aim to build a system of growth that takes time and courage to mobilize power at work. This online platform does not focus on nostalgia, it is not a critical project of mapping out past gender performance even though they are very much valued, instead, we look for the future, the imagination and potentials of acting upon women in leadership. We cover wide range of topics to elevate women's leadership development such as domestic violence, digital violence, public speaking, stress management, mental health, sexual and reproductive health, economic independence, women in STEM & Arts etc. We also aim to bridge academic research with community development.

It is also about needs, the replacement of ideas, installations and migrating. We emphasize on reflecting on the functionality and materialization of how such empowerful move can work differently in these cultural contexts, and we make a record on it - not to change the past but to report back to the temporal space for extending the progress. Our platform also aims to break stereotypes about women and facilitate their active involvement in learning and civil society.

Our platform is also dedicated to promote UN Sustainable Development Goals such as SDG 3, SDG5, SDG 10 and SDG 13. We will host events to speak on those matters in relation to women's empowerment.
